It’s probably the biggest party you will ever host and the most important. We can create a bar that fits in with your theme and venue, and provide your guests with quality drinks at reasonable prices.
We can be on hand to provide your guests with drinks on arrival, help you source the best wines for your table and then serve your guest quality drinks whilst they enjoy your special day.
We are happy to source local products, so you can have your favourite drinks stocked on the night. Just let us know.

Bar options
Normal pay bar
Our most popular option. We apply for your licence and your guests purchase their own drinks on the night – we charge pub prices, not wedding venue prices.
All inclusive
A free bar for all your guests throughout your event, including all spirits, draught products and bottle beers, based on a price per head.
Bar Tab
Set a tab behind the bar and we will run to your agreed limit. Once this has been hit, your guests will start paying for their own drinks.
All bar hire is subject to a deposit. This is refunded when the bar spend reaches an agreed amount. Please contact us for more information.
For any event with under 499 guests (including the hosts) you will require a Temporary Events Notice, TEN (License). If you have not already applied for this and would like Bar Hire Solutions to arrange it, please state this on your initial enquiry email.
Please note – this License requires submitting a minimum of THREE weeks before the event.
